Paris, Bruges & Lourdes

Buenos días Bob!

Hoy regresaron de viaje los clientes VIPS y me llamaron expresamente para darme las gracias por los servicios que tuvieron durante todo su viaje en Paris...especialmente estaban sumamente agradecidos porque a su llegada a pesar de que su vuelo tuvo un retrazo de varias horas, les enviaste un coche para que los fuera a recoger.

Que los guias fueron especialmente pacientes con los niños, que pudieron aprovechar su tiempo al máximo, que los restaurantes que les escogiste fueron verdaderas experiencias culinarias.

Our group very much enjoyed their stay on the Left Bank in June - everything worked out well with your driver. They were pleased that one of your Paris staff called to check on them - and then ended up helping them get some rail tickets; that was nice!

I spoke with our clients this afternoon. They had a wonderful time in France. They loved Jerôme and were very happy with all drivers and guides. The Carlton upgraded them to a two bedroom suite. All in all, she said it was the trip of a lifetime!
